Our New PLC HMI Encoder & Timer Digital Auto Cut System provided with W Channel Shifting. Also our Cost of installing and Commissioning of following for Controlling your Rotary Shear, This is mainly for auto cutting to equal length +/-6” inches approx. The system ensures W Channel Changing while passing the fresh rod through the opposite of W channel wherein it has left the rod during previous/last cutting from a rod & Not Cutting Last End Piece to Avoid Breakdown in TMT Box.

(B) Auto Cutting at any desired length+/- 6 inch. W Channel changing to opposite side on every new entry of material. Provided the mill motors, rollers & rotary shear pusher/Puller are in perfect condition. This is applicable for any Mill Speed and any desired length. Bypassing of End piece/ Random.
(B)With instant Auto Selection of Cutting length, combination for any of the Channel / Different Combinations of Encoder Values/Timer Values with HMI (Human Machine Interface) and Encoder Motor RPM Indicator.
(C)HMI Dual Counter for Billets & No. of Cutting by Rotary Shear with Memory Reset Switch.
(C)Counting of Hot Metal Production i.e. Billets & No. of Cut Pieces in Cooling Bed.
